Mnookin, a Fellow of the American Academy since 1995, is Samuel Williston Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, director of the Harvard Negotiation Research Project, and a Fellow at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behaviorial Sciences. His books include “Dividing the Child” (1992), “Barriers to Conflict Resolution” (1995), and “Beyond Winning” (2000).
