Mike Hobday
Mike Hobday is Professor of Innovation Management and Head of Centre for Research in Innovation Management (CENTRIM) at Brighton University - one of the world's leading institutes in innovation management research. He has led many research projects, including innovation and design and the role of projects in bringing about innovation. Mike is the author of nearly 200 publications including books and journal articles.

Anne Boddington
Anne Boddington is CETLD Director, Dean of Faculty of Arts, University of Brighton and Co-Director of the Higher Education Academy's National Subject Centre for Art Design and Media (ADM HEA). Educated as an architect and later as a cultural geographer, Anne Boddington leads a Faculty of approximately 3,900 students and an academic portfolio that includes the Visual and Performing Arts Architecture, Design, Media, Literature, Languages and Humanities.

Andrew Grantham
Andrew Grantham
Andrew Grantham is Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Research in Innovation Management, Brighton Business School at the University of Brighton in the UK. His current research interest is in design theory, tools and innovation. This complements his recent work investigating the creative processes of frms in the videogames industry. More broadly, he has expertise in continuous improvement, intellectual property searching and management, social media, action research, and mobile commerce infrastructures and applications. His PhD was a study of the privatization process of the UK rail industry 1992–96. Additionally, he teaches Strategy at Brighton Business School.
