Ashis Jalote Parmar
Ashis Jalote Parmar is an assistant professor of Design Thinking in the business policy area at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (llMA). She is a strong advocator of promoting design thinking to nurture innovation in premier engineering and management institutes in India. To obtain her doctoral degree from Industrial Design Engineering Department, TU Delft, The Netherlands, Ashis was awarded the Marie Curie Fellowship from European Union- FP6. Ashis is the faculty chair for executive education on “Design Thinking for Nurturing Innovation.” She consults corporate in the area of business transformation and new product development.
