Christian de Mouilpied Sancto is a PhD candidate in Visual and Cultural Studies at the University of Rochester, where he researches environmental aesthetics in post-1945 art, design, and performance. He has degrees in Media and Performance Studies from Utrecht University and music composition from Goldsmiths, University of London. His writing has appeared in Afterimage, ASAP/Journal, PAJ, Resonance, and Film-Philosophy.
