Tania Allen is an associate professor of Design Studies in the Department of Media Arts, Design and Technology at North Carolina State University, where she is Co-Director of Co-Lab—a cross-disciplinary faculty initiative that uses critical cartography and thick mapping as tools for design research. Tania is the author of Solving Critical Design Problems: Theory and Practice (Routledge, 2019).
