Marc Steen works as a senior scientist at TNO, an independent research organization in the Netherlands. He earned MSc, MTD and PhD degrees in Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology and worked at telecom operator KPN and Philips Electronics. At TNO, he works in diverse research and innovation projects. His expertise is in human-centered design, co-design, open innovation and innovation management. He also engages in critical reflection on projects in which he works.
