She is coeditor of the anthology Out of the Fringe: Contemporary Latina/Latino Theatre and Performance (Theatre Communications Group, 2000). Her essays have appeared in Negotiating Performance: Gender, Sexuality, and Theatricality in Latin/o America (Duke University Press, 1994); Tropicalizations: Transcultural Representations of Latinidad (University Press of New England, 1997), and in journals such as Latin American Theatre Review, GESTOS, and Ollantay Theater Magazine.
