Electoral Guerrilla Theatre in Australia: Pauline Hanson vs. Pauline Pantsdown

He is completing his dissertation, an international comparative study called “Speak Mirth To Power: Electoral Guerrilla Theater in Postindustrial Democracies”, with the support of a Charlotte W. Newcombe Fellowship from the Woodrow Wilson Foundation. Bogad has taught graduate and undergraduate classes in political and satirical performance, ethnographic field studies, and literature adaptation at Northwestern and the University of Illinois, Chicago. He also taught “Arts and Publics” as the Teaching Fellow at Northwestern's Center for the Humanities. Bogad is active in ex-perimental theatre and film projects as a director, actor, and writer.
