Sima Belmar
Sima Belmar is Lecturer in the Department of Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. Her writing on dance has appeared in the Journal of Dance & Somatic Practices, Performance Matters, San Francisco Bay Guardian, Dance Magazine, and The Oxford Handbook of Screendance Studies, among other publications. She currently writes the “In Practice” column for the Dancers’ Group publication In Dance. simabelmar@berkeley.edu
