Rae Langes received a PhD in Performance Studies from Northwestern University in June 2019. Their research focuses on LGBTQ performance art in the US and Mexico and has been published in the blog for GLQ: A Journal of Lesbian and Gay Studies. Their solo performances, which engage the intersections of queerness, power, and pleasure, have been featured in festivals like Queergasm! and Chicago Home Theater Festival. They are currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Women's and Gender Studies at the University of Oklahoma. rlanges@ou.edu
