Social performance studies and the practices it generates are playing a constructive role in converting Chinese society from a monologue culture to a dialogue culture. In the past decade or so, the team from the Shanghai Theatre Academy has led social performance training in various fields and industries to help professionals improve their ability to interact with others and exchange ideas.
