Bernhard Siegert
Bernhard Siegert is Professor of Theory and History of Cultural Techniques in the Faculty of Media at the Bauhaus University Weimar. He recently coedited Electric Laokoon: Zeichen und Medien, von der Lochkarte zur Grammatologie (Akademie Verlag, 2007) and is the author of Passagiere und Papiere: Schreibakte auf der Schwelle zwischen Spanien und Amerika (Fink & NZZlibro, 2006). He is also, since 2002, coeditor of the annually published Archiv für Mediengeschichte.
