Philipp Sarasin
Philipp Sarasin is Professor of Modern History in the History Department of the University of Zurich. His research focuses on the history of the human body, especially the history of physiology, and on the history of infectious diseases and plague prevention. His recent books are Anthrax: Bioterror as Fact and Fantasy (Harvard University Press, 2006) and Michel Foucault zur Einführung (Junius, 2005).
