Eva Horn
Eva Horn is a Professor of German Literature at the University of Basel, Switzerland. She is the author of numerous works that focus on secret services, war, borders, and conspiracy, including Grenzverletzer (Kadmos, 2002) and Defense (forthcoming in 2008). She has recently coedited a volume on Dark Powers: Conspiracies in History and Fiction, as a special issue of New German Critique (January 2008). She has just published Der geheime Krieg: Verrat, Spionage und moderne Fiktion (Fischer, 2007), which explores the epistemology of political secrecy from the Great Game to 9/11.
