Stockpile Confidence Under a Nuclear Test Ban

Steve Fetter is a research fellow at the Center for Science and International Affairs in the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He received an S.B. in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory before coming to CSIA.
