Samuel F. Wells, Jr.
Samuel F. Wells, jr. is secretary of the International Security Studies Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Smithsonian Institution. He has served as a consultant on Soviet-American Relations to the Department of Defense, and he is now working on a study of the impact of the Korean War on U.S. strategic programs.
