Gary Hamel has been on the faculty of the London Business School since 1983 and has been ranked by the Wall Street Journal as the world’s most influential business thinker. He has written 20 articles for the Harvard Business Review, and his books have been translated into more than 25 languages. Hamel’s latest book, Humanocracy: Creating Organizations as Amazing as the People inside Them (co-authored with M. Zanini), is a Wall Street Journal best seller.

Michele Zanini is a co-founder of the Management Lab, where he helps large organizations become more adaptable, innovative, and engaging places to work. He was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Company and a policy analyst at the RAND Corporation. He is the co-author of Humanocracy (with G. Hamel). Zanini’s work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, and Wall Street Journal.
