Science Commons: Material Transfer Agreement Project

Thinh Nguyen is counsel for Science Commons, where he focuses on initiatives like the materials transfer project. Formerly, he practiced at a large California law firm representing biotechnology clients in licensing and collaborative research agreements and also worked as in-house corporate counsel for a business software company. He received an A.B. in chemistry from Harvard College (1996) and a J.D. from Harvard Law School (1999).
