Engagement, Ecology, and Design Education: Outreach Work of the Tulane City Center

Scott Bernhard, AIA, is Director of the Tulane City Center (TCC). He holds the Jean and Saul A. Mintz Professorship at the Tulane School of Architecture and is a licensed architect in New Orleans. He works to build and manage connections between available faculty expertise, student interests, and community needs, and he leads the multi-family housing initiatives of the TCC.
