Emrys Schoemaker is a communications and strategy specialist in the field of international development and social change. Over the last decade, he has worked primarily in South Asia and East Africa advising governments, aid agencies, and international organizations such as the United Nations on the use of media and technology to support strategic goals. He is currently conducting doctoral research in Pakistan on the relationship between mobile Internet and social norms.
