This article aims to augment existing discussions of artificial intelligence (AI) by introducing an array of Latin American viewpoints, from philosophical discourse to indigenous cosmologies. Employing an interdisciplinary approach, the text integrates ideas from media theory, critical posthumanism, and philosophy of technique to question traditional modern, anthropocentric, and Western conceptualizations of technology and intelligence.
