RUBÉN GALLO's most recent book is Freud's Mexico: Into the Wilds of Psychoanalysis (MIT, 2010). He is the author of Mexican Modernity (MIT, 2005) and the editor of The Mexico City Reader (Wisconsin, 2004). He teaches at Princeton, where he directs the Program in Latin American Studies.
