E. Teresa Choate is Associate Professor and Assistant Chair in the Department of Theatre of the School of Visual and Performing Arts at Kean University in Union, NJ. She founded Theatre Parthenos in 1983 where she directed the Greek tragedies on the steps of Nashville's full-scale replica of the Parthenon for many years.
