Cynthia Gendrich
Cynthia Gendrich teaches in the theatre department at Wake Forest University. Experimental performance work, socially engaged theatre, and directing history, theory and practice are her main interests. She has written for PAJ, TheatreForum, Western European Stages, Theatre Journal, and other publications. Cindy is currently working on an interdisciplinary book on violence in the U.S., combining popular culture and sociology.

Candyce Leonard
Candyce Leonard is a professor in the Humanities Program at Wake Forest University. She has written extensively on contemporary Spanish theatre, in addition to co-editing five volumes of contemporary Spanish plays, with three more volumes in progress. Her principal areas of interest are alternative theatre, feminist criticism, and socially committed theatre.
