Claire MacDonald is a writer who lived between the U.S. and the UK from 1998–2004, in Washington D.C., and Cambridge, England. She is a co-founder and co-editor of the journal Performance Research, writes widely about the visual arts, is a playwright and a fiction writer. She is currently a Research Fellow in Performance at Central St. Martins College of Art in London.
