A “United” Kingdom: The London 2012 Cultural Olympiad

JOSHUA ABRAMS is principal lecturer in the department of drama, theatre and performance at the University of Roehampton and an assistant editor of PAJ. He researches and teaches broadly in areas of contemporary and experimental performance, as well as the intersection of these with ethics, politics and philosophy. His essays and reviews have appeared in a variety of collections and journals, including PAJ, Theatre Journal, TDR and Western European Stages.

JENNIFER PARKER-STARBUCK is a reader in the department of drama, theatre and performance at the University of Roehampton, London. She is author of Cyborg Theatre: Corporeal/Technological Intersections in Multimedia Performance (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011), and is an assistant editor of PAJ and associate editor of International Journal of Performance Arts and Digital Media.
