Cultural Politics in Paris

Joan Templeton is an NEH/Fulbright/American-Scandinavian Foundation scholar. She has taught drama in American and French universities. Her books include Ibsen's Women and Munch's Ibsen. Her work has appeared in L'Europe, PMLA, MD, Penguin Classics, and elsewhere. She has served as president of the International Ibsen Committee and the Ibsen Society, whose journal, Ibsen News and Comment, she edits.
