Kate Bredeson is assistant professor of theatre at Reed College. Her writing has appeared in Theater, Theatre Symposium, Modern and Contemporary France, Time Out Paris, and in the books May 68: Rethinking France's Last Revolution and International Women Stage Directors. As a dramaturg, she has worked with theatres including Portland Playhouse, Court Theatre, and Yale Repertory Theatre.
