Lenora Champagne
Lenora Champagne is a performer, writer, teacher and theatremaker. She performed her most recent solo, Memory's Storehouse/Tiny Lights, at The Invisible Dog in Brooklyn and the New Ohio in Manhattan. She is professor of theatre and performance at Purchase College, SUNY, was a 2012–2013 Fulbright Fellow in Japan and was awarded a residency at the Bogliasco Foundation in Italy, where she developed the text for her new work, I.C., responding to Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities, in addition to writing this essay.
