Brennan Gerard is artist whose uniquely collaborative practice uses performance, choreography, writing, and a range of other media to pose personal, collective, and political questions. Collaborators since 2003, Gerard & Kelly completed the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program in 2010, and they received their MFAs in 2013 from the Interdisciplinary Studio program in the Department of Art at the University of California, Los Angeles. Their first solo exhibition, Kiss Solo, was held at Kate Werble Gallery, in New York, in 2013. They have an upcoming solo exhibition at The Kitchen in Spring 2014.
