The Event Landscape: The Contemporary Encounter of Art and the City

Gavin Kroeber is a curator and critic of art and urbanism based in New York City's over-hyped inner periphery. He collaborates with artists and others across the visual arts, performing arts, and urban fields to conceptualize and realize new projects, in particular performative, event-based, social, and site-specific works, and, with increasing frequency, experimental institutions. With Rebecca Uchill, he is the cofounder of the curatorial collaborative Experience Economies.
