Performance Art in Eastern Europe since 1960

Cristina Modreanu is founder and editor of the Romanian theatre magazine Scena.ro. She is a curator and critic and divides her time between Bucharest and New York City. She is the author of five books on Romanian theatre and another on American experimental theatre. Since 2014, she has served as artistic director of the annual Bucharest International Theatre Platform. She is currently regional editor for the new online platform, The Theater Times.
