Francesco Spampinato is a contemporary art and visual culture historian and writer who has recently completed a Ph.D. in Études Cinématographiques et Audiovisuelles at Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris. His most recent publications include the book Art Record Covers and the essay “Man, Machine, Monument: The New Italian Man” for the exhibition catalogue of Post Zang Tumb Tuuum. Art Life Politics Italia: 1918–1943 at Fondazione Prada, Milan, 2018
