Diversifying Greek Tragedy on the Contemporary US Stage; Contemporary Adaptations of Greek Tragedy: Auteurship and Directorial Visions Unavailable

Peter A. Campbell is dean of the School of Contemporary Arts at Ramapo College. He received his PhD in theatre and his MFA in dramaturgy from Columbia University. His work on the adaptation of Greek tragedy has been published in Modern Drama, Journal of Dramatic Theory and Criticism, Contemporary Theatre Journal, and Theatre History Studies, among others. He is currently working on a series of performances that use choral practices to perform public texts such as the CIA Torture Report and Mark Zuckerberg's 2018 hearing before the U.S. Congress.
