Katarina Weslien
Katarina Weslien is a multidisciplinary artist and educator. She is the former director of graduate studies at Maine College of Art and editor of the Moth Press. Projects include interviews with artists and the publication of Mapping the Intelligence of Visual Work by Anne West. She has facilitated study trips to India for The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she also taught in the Fiber Material Studies Department. She has exhibited internationally, and her work is public and private collections. Weslien was born in Sweden and lives and works in Portland, Maine.
