Manifestos for Theatre and Nation

Dan Venning is assistant professor of theatre and English, and a core faculty member in the interdisciplinary program in gender, sexuality, and women's studies at Union College in Schenectady, New York. He holds a PhD in theatre from the The Graduate Center, CUNY and is working on a monograph interrogating Shakespeare's influence on nineteenth-century German nationalism.
