Anna Friz is a sound and radio artist, and a critical media studies scholar who divides her time between Toronto and Montréal. Since 1998 she has predominantly created self-reflexive radio art/works for broadcast, installation, or performance, and has extensively presented her work internationally. Her radio art has been heard on the airwaves of more than fifteen countries. Anna Friz is a PhD candidate in Communication and Culture at York University in Toronto, and a free103point9 transmission artist.
