John Fernandez
John Fernandez is currently an Assistant Professor of Building Technology at M.I.T. His current research includes an investigation of the use of natural fibers as a reinforcement of composite panels, the use of smart fibers as a component of composite systems, and kinetic wail systems. Prior to his teaching at M.I.T., Fernandez was a senior designer at both Kohn Pederson Fox and Polshek and Partners and is currently a principal in the firm LF Architects.
