Cady Noland, Redux

MARTHA BUSKIRK is Professor of Art History and Criticism at Montserrat College of Art. Her publications include Creative Enterprise: Contemporary Art between Museum and Marketplace (2012) and The Contingent Object of Contemporary Art (2003), as well as numerous articles and catalog essays. She is currently completing a book on the interplay between artistic authorship and legal definitions of intellectual property.
