Editorial Information
About
Thresholds is the annual peer-reviewed journal produced by the MIT Department of Architecture, held in over 150 university art & architecture libraries around the world. Content features leading scholars and practitioners from the fields of architecture, art, and culture.
Established in 1992, Thresholds first began as a monthly zine. Today, editors produce one independently themed journal a year. The best submissions from fine arts, design, graphics, media arts and sciences, film, photography, architecture and theory are selected by committee based on quality and fit.
