Peter Teachout
Peter Teachout is Professor of Law at Vermont Law School, with fields of interest in constitutional law and legal history. His articles and essays have appeared in many of the nation's leading law reviews, including the Michigan Law Review, Virginia Law Review, New York University Law Review, University of Chicago Law Review, UCLA Law Review, and the Indiana Law Journal. He is currently working on a biography of Thomas Reed Powell, a pioneering legal realist and influential court critic during the first half of the twentieth century.
