Summary table of outcome variables and regression results. For each group (bioRxiv-deposited and nondeposited control group) we report the mean, median, and IQR of each outcome variable, as well as the mean, median, and IQR of paired differences. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test (paired, two-sided) was used to compare groups and the p-value reported. IRRs of the “deposited to bioRxiv” status for reduced and full regression models are shown (see Supplementary Tables 1–6 for full regression results).
